    I am a certified level 3 personal trainier on the Register of Exercise Professionals. Having graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Sport Science I decided to focus my efforts on personal training. My first degree has enabled me to develop a successful personal training role at The Gym, Cheltenham. An excellent facility where you can train with me without the added cost of gym membership. Alternatively, if the gym enviroment is not for you then home visits are also an option at no extra cost.

    I am confident that I will be able to use my knowledge and expertise to help you reach your goals. I can assure you that I will provide you with a rewarding and satisfying experience by using a variety of training methods in order to achieve your aspirations.
